A GP is there to be your partner through the health system if you are sick or looking for guidance.

We are proud of the high quality level of care that the GP’s at The Children’s Doctor  provide to our patients and the community. Our doctors and nurses provide a wide range of quality health care services and treatment, and help coordinate teams that are all looking after your wellbeing. We can provide this for you either within the practice, or we can liaise with allied health professionals such as physiotherapists, dieticians, or psychologists.

 Dr Annemarie is a general practitioner with a special interest in the health and wellbeing of children. She founded The Children's Doctor in 2005 after completing her training at The Children's Hospital in Westmead.

Annemarie has a special interest in sleep matters, child behaviour, skin related issues and complex chronic conditions.

Annemarie has extensive experience in paediatric medicine and continues to participate in and facilitate education programs. Annemarie has 4 children of her own, which helps her understand the problems parents face when seeking advice regarding the health and wellbeing of their children.

Dr Sharada Devadas - MBBS FRACGP Dip Child Health

Executive Director/Principal

Dr Sharada is a general practitioner with over 12 years clinical experience in all aspects of general practice. She completed her FRACGP in 2005 and more recently her Diploma in Child Health.

Sharada has extensive GP experience having worked in General Practice since completing her fellowship. She has a special interest in paediatrics, women's health and preventative medicine. She also participates in The Shared Care/Antenatal Program with Westmead and Blacktown hospitals.

Sharada has a broad hospital experience gained whilst working at Sydney Adventist Hospital, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and Westmead Hospitals. Sharada has been with The Children's Doctor for 7 years.

Dr Emily Yuen - MBBS

General Practitioner

Dr Emily is a general practitioner with over 25 years clinical experience, who enjoys a variety of medicine including paediatrics, adolescent and family care.

She also currently works in the very busy Emergency Department of Blacktown hospital.

Emily has 3 grown up children of her own and 2 lovely grandchildren, and has been with The Children's Doctor since the practice opened in 2005.

Dr Catherine Renzaho - MBBS

General Practitioner

Dr Catherine trained in Melbourne, including at the Royal Childrens Hospital and in Emergency Medicine. She has worked in Australia and overseas from Africa and China to Alice Springs and Sydney, and has been a family doctor for 17 years now.

She has a special interest in working with children and their families to improve their health and functioning. Sleeping routines, fussy eaters, toilet training, bed wetting, school learning or coping problems, anxiety and issues with friends or peers are exactly what she loves to help with! 

Catherine also enjoys pregnancy and post pregnancy management including breastfeeding issues , as well as women's health for mums and men's health for Dads too! 

Catherine has 3 three children who are at University and high school and has been with The Children's Doctor for 2 years.

Dr Anthony Liu - MBBS(Syd), MPH, M.Med.Ed, DCH, FRACP

Paediatrician

Dr Liu trained in General Paediatrics at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead obtaining his specialty qualifications at the end of 2003. Dr Liu has also completed post graduate studies in Public Health and Medical Education. In 2005 he was appointed Staff Specialist Paediatrician at Nepean Hospital and went on to be employed as Lecturer in Paediatrics by the University of Sydney in 2006. In 2011 he was promoted to Senior Lecturer.

Dr Liu is also Department Head of Paediatrics at Nepean Hospital and has been in that role since 2006. Dr Liu has over 20 publications to his name with his research interest in looking at the effects of illicit drug use in pregnancy on the newborn infant. Dr Liu has wide experience in all areas of general paediatrics.
