Clinical Director - Dr Annemarie Christie (BSc(Med) MBBS Dip Child Health)

Annemarie is a general practitioner with a special interest in the health and wellbeing of children. She has extensive experience in paediatric medicine and continues to participate in education programs through the Children’s Hospital at Westmead. Annemarie married in 1999 and has 4 children (Olivia 2001, Liam 2002, Dominic 2007 and Finn 2008). This helps her understand the problems parents face when seeking advice regarding the health of their children.

Opening Hours

The practice is open Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm and from 9:00am to 2:00pm on Saturday. In case of emergency you should call 000 or take your child to the nearest Emergency Department. The Children’s Hospital at Westmead is open 24 hours a day with staff on site. You can call the Kids Hospital Help Line on 9845 2432.

Appointments

You can contact us on 9680 2708 to make an appointment.

It is our policy not to keep patients waiting for appointments. Occasionally the doctor may be running late due to an emergency or a patient requiring a longer consultation than expected. If you require an extended appointment (more than 20 minutes) to discuss complex or multiple problems, please notify reception when making the appointment. If you are running late or unable to make the appointment, please let us know in advance.

Fees

It is requested that you pay at the time of consultation. Our fee for a standard consultation (up to 20 mins) is $58. You are entitled to a minimum Medicare rebate of $21. Our clinic nurse is available for immunisations and routine health checks and these visits are all bulk-billed. The complete fee schedule is available at reception. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask your doctor. Reduced fees may be offered for follow-up consultations or sibling appointments.
